| Kids Get Fit Program Our very popular kid's program is a specialized fitness program for children ages 8 to 11 with a certified kids fitness specialist. It is designed to get kids motivated to the habits of good health through excercise and diet. Thus getting kids thinking about goal emphasized activities that can broaden their outlook of achieving something for themselves not only mentally but physically. See here for program information.  |
