North Haven Health and Racquet has been improving the health and sculpting the bodies of thousands of people since 1974. We have the largest fitness center in New Haven county to accommodate a steady and consistent membership base. There are no waiting lists, sign-up sheets, or scrambles by members to get to equipment. The reason? We are the only club with six circuits of strength equipment. We have two lines of Lifefitness, FreeMotion, Precor, Nautilus, and Magnum brands. We also boast a large free weight area with (2) full sets of dumbbells and extensive Olympic benches. If cardio is your niche, we have over 80 pieces, including Precor, Lifefitness, and Cybex cross-trainers. In addition, Lifefitness, FreeMotion, and Precor treadmills round out a room that also includes Stairmasters and bikes.

If you are interested in a personal trainer, our staff is known as the most experienced and diverse in the industry. There is no pressure to buy and no phony presentations. Finally, NHHR is committed to making your experience at our club more interesting that your average "gym". We offer Spinning classes every day and an aerobics schedule that features yoga, pilates, kickboxing, step, bootcamp, cardio hip-hop, latin dance, body pump, among others.
